Profile

Jiaqi Xuan is currently a PhD candidate, at Department of Agricultural Economics and Management, Zhejiang University, China. From March to September 2025, she visited the Environmental Change Institute, University of Oxford, as a visiting student.
She is a member of MAgPIE-China research group. Her research interests lie in sustainable food systems, with a particular focus on dietary transition, food and health, and food waste. Her work focuses on analyzing how shifts in dietary patterns affect environmental outcomes, public health, and food security.
