简介

宣佳琦 现浙江大学农业经济与管理系博士研究生。 她于2025年3月至9月访问牛津大学环境变化研究所(Environmental Change Institute)。
她是MAgPIE-China课题组成员。她的研究方向聚焦于可持续食物系统,尤其关注膳食转型、食品与健康及食物浪费问题。其研究致力于分析膳食模式转变对环境结果、公共卫生及粮食安全的影响机制。
